Canada Skateboard is proud to announce our 2026 / 2027 National & Development Team, in partnership with Bell, the official Telecommunications partner of Canada Skateboard.
June 2026 will mark the start of the LA 2028 Olympic Qualification process. The skaters named to this team are building toward representing their country on the sport’s largest stage. Canada Skateboard is proud to work alongside the best skateboarders in the country to build a team defined by skill, experience, and an unmatched passion for the sport. Our National Team features skaters with illustrious professional careers, Olympians and future stars destined to push skateboarding to new heights. Together, these athletes embody the spirit of Canadian skateboarding, motivating the next generation and shaping the future of the sport.

With an all-star lineup Canadian skateboarding is gearing up for a breakthrough year. From the seasoned pros to the up-and-coming talents, every skater has their goals locked into the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
We're excited to see what our team can accomplish this year and we're stoked to see how they represent Canadian skateboarding on the international stage. You can watch as our athletes set new personal bests, fight for top finishes, and write the next chapter of our sport’s story by following the journey at @canadaskateboard, where we’ll be telling their stories, celebrating their wins, and standing beside them every step toward LA 2028.
Canada Skateboard continues to face financial challenges and are unable to support the National Team athletes with the ideal level of services required of an elite national team. If you are in a position where you have the opportunity to support the team with a donation, please consider aiding this group in achieving their goals. Any funds donated at this link will go directly to funding athletes on their journey to LA2028.
The 2026/27 Canada Skateboard National and Development Teams were selected based on the 2026 National Team Selection Protocol available here. Team selection is valid from May 1, 2026 - April 31, 2027.
Any individual wishing to appeal a selection decision must do so in accordance with the Canada Skateboard Appeals Policy, which is available at https://www.canadaskateboard.ca/governance
Appeals of the selections listed in this announcement should be sent in by May 31st, 2026 A notice of appeal, as described in the Appeals Policy, must be sent directly to adam@canadaskateboard.ca
