Canada’s top competitive skaters are on site in the United Arab Emirates, preparing for the 2022 World Skateboarding Championships in Sharjah. In addition to the $500,0000 prize purse, this event holds the highest number of qualification points; it is key to qualifying for Paris 2024. For the Canadian national team athletes, a strong performance in Sharjah, will help set the tone for the remainder of the Paris qualification process.
